Abstract
This book reflects the author's thoughts on the importance of intelligent, adaptive human resources for Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) soldiers, grounded in science and technology, and possessing strong attitudinal values, particularly in the context of military life and its development in an increasingly dynamic, complex, and technology-driven world. The concept of "smart is power" is a new paradigm that emphasizes that intelligence is true strength, both in terms of intellectual and technological mastery. It also encompasses aspects of morality, ethics, integrity, and emotional maturity as the foundation of leadership.
